This balm is on the sticky side, but don’t let that deter you — because of it, this makes an amazing lip colour base! Liner, gloss, lipstick, you name it: everything layers well over this balm.
So, who should pass on this? Anyone with normal lips, anyone for whom this would be too expensive, or anyone who doesn’t like pot packaging.
Who is this recommended for? You — if you have dry lips, and you can’t find anything hydrating enough. Or if you’re a lip balm addict! Apply it religiously, which only works out to three or four times a day (angels are quietly rejoicing).
